Service Engineers  
    Our experienced service engineers are factory trained at the OEM's site and have been supporting customers in the US for decades. They have traveled to and from Japan receiving numerous hours of training.
Service Support (24 hours a day - 7 days a week)  
    We respond to telephone calls within 2 hours and can be on-site within 24 hours depending on the time of day that the call was made.
Equipment Installation  
    Our engineers have done on-site installation throughout the USA, Europe, and Asia.
Equipment Training Courses  
    We offer on-site training for Operations, Maintenance, and Process. We also offer customized training that will focus on any sub system or a group of systems such as robot training.
Equipment Warranty Services  
    TAZMO handles all equipment related warranty issues for services and parts.
Equipment Maintenance Service  
    TAZMO performs all equipment related maintenance service on-site.
Service Contracts  
    We offer many different types of service contracts from PM's to full on-site service.
Equipment Modifications  
    Hardware / Software modifications are done by our service engineers.
Quality Control  
    TAZMO is ISO 9001 and 14001 compliant.
Equipment Refurbishment  
    TAZMO has refurbished many of our systems in the field and in Japan.
SYSTEM DOCUMENTATION  
Translation
    Translate Japanese to English to create Service/Operation and Training Manuals for all systems.
